What’s your return & exchange policy for LSU collegiate items?
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible LSU items within 30 days (excluding items marked final sale). Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. We also honor even exchanges on non–final sale styles, regardless of original pricing.
How long does LSU collegiate embroidery take before it ships?
LSU collegiate logo styles are embroidered after you order. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing before shipment (tracking is emailed when your order ships).
How do I wash and care for embroidered or decorated collegiate clothing?
To help your embroidered collegiate logo look sharp longer: wash cold, use gentle cycle, and tumble dry low (or hang dry when possible). Turning the item inside out helps reduce abrasion on decorated areas.
