Orders
When will I receive my order?
Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, depending on order volume. Tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. As noted on relevant product pages, GenTeal embroidered items are customized upon ordering.
Estimated delivery dates are determined by the shipping carrier and are subject to change. Delays during transit are outside of our control, and we cannot issue refunds for orders delayed by the carrier.
What if there is an issue with the order I've received?

Do you offer price adjustments if an item I purchased goes on sale later?
We’re unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased at full price if they later go on sale.
Can I change a product or shipping address on my order?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but orders cannot be edited or canceled once they have been submitted.

Do you ship internationally or to U.S. territories?
Not at this time. Our current shipping capabilities are limited to the continental United States only.

We also offer free returns and exchanges on all full-price styles in case the fit isn't as expected.
How long is the embroidery process?
All Collegiate logo styles are embroidered once the order is placed. Please allow up to 10 days for processing prior to shipping with no exceptions.
What if the style I am looking for is out of stock?
We do not accept pre-orders or waitlists for items that are out of stock. Subscribe to the email list at the bottom of our website's homepage to stay up-to-date on restocks, sales, and other promotions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all full-price and sale items purchased through our website, except gift-with-purchase items. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of shipment. Even exchanges are honored on all sale styles, regardless of original product pricing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I make a gift exchange?
To make a gift exchange, visit gentealapparel.com/returns. You will need the order #, shipping postal code, recipients full name, and the email address to which you would like the return label to be sent.
Can I return a product that I received as an exchange?
Yes. We accept returns of exchanged items.
To submit a refund request, please use the order number from your exchange order, not the original purchase.
When submitting your request, the return portal may show a refund amount of $0. Rest assured, your refund will still be processed and issued to the original form of payment once the return is received.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 days for processing once we receive your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! You will be notified via email that the refund has been processed.
Shipping fees can not be refunded.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to be reflected on your bank account.
When will I receive my exchange?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we have received your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! Upon processing, you will be notified via email that the exchange order has been created and shipped.
Please note that exchange orders are created once your return has been received and processed. Inventory is not reserved at the time your exchange is requested, and the selected style may sell out before the exchange is finalized. We recommend returning your item as soon as possible to ensure timely processing and availability of your exchange.
Why is the return portal showing a balance owed for my exchange request?
Exchanges for the same style:
If you’re exchanging an item for the same style in a different size or color, the return portal may display a balance due. You will not be charged for this amount and can disregard it.
Exchanges for higher-priced styles:
If you choose an item with a higher price than your original purchase, you’ll receive an invoice once your return is received and processed. After the invoice is paid, your exchange order will be created and you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details via email.
Gift Cards
When will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be sent to the email used at checkout upon ordering. Please check your spam and junk folders if you have not received the email within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I apply my gift card at checkout?
You can type the gift card code in the discount code box at checkout.
