What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all regularly-priced items that have been purchased through our website, excluding styles marked "final sale." Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition and returned within 30 days of purchase (see holiday policy below). To begin your return process, click here.
What is your holiday return policy?
Any eligible orders placed from October 15th-December 25th can be returned/exchanged until January 31st. Exclusions apply to products marked "Final Sale."

When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 days for processing once we receive your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! You will be notified via email that the refund has been processed.

How do I know if a product is "Final Sale?"
Products will be marked as "Final Sale" on the product pages. See product descriptions for more details. These styles will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to edit or cancel orders during times of high order volume.
