Enjoy an afternoon with beer at First Flight Brewery. The restaurant and brewery is the birthplace of Pan American World Airways, where the first tickets were sold close to 100 years ago. The “Crash Bar” at First Flight serves original brews on tap daily.

The Chart Room Bar is another must-visit for drinks in Key West, conveniently located in the Pier House Resort. The laid-back bar serves complimentary snacks and is where Jimmy Buffett’s sun-loving, free-wheeling career got its start. Speaking of legendary, The Green Parrot Bar is a larger venue with the same leisurely vibe. Open since 1890, its vibrant atmosphere and rich history make it one of the most popular bars in all of Key West.

 

Over the span of your trip, take advantage of the local seafood and Latin-inspired cuisine. Nine One Five is a fusion restaurant located in the heart of downtown. With Italian, American And Mediterranean influences, the menu has a little bit of everything. Before leaving Key West, try one of the unique options at the famous Garbo’s Grill. Crowd favorites include the New England Style Lobster Roll, Umami Burger, and Korean Barbecue Tacos. 

Lastly, you can’t visit Key West without trying its namesake, Key Lime Pie. Kermit’s Key Lime Pie Shoppe has two locations and is a staple for visitors and locals alike.
